David leads the Office and Medical division of Bourn Partners, driving projects such as Mesquite Corporate Center, North Oracle Professional Offices, Beach Fleischman Corporate Headquarters, and Cresta Loma Professional Offices. He received his BS with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate and his JD from the University of Arizona. An office property development specialist for over 18 years, David was Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company prior to joining Bourn Partners.

Paul Schloss, Founding Partner & Development Principal

A founding partner of Bourn Partners, LLC, his responsibilities include retail site review and acquisition for Southern Arizona, New Mexico and Southwestern Texas; development team leadership and planning for several major retail projects; and anchor tenant negotiations and leasing. Paul previously was a Senior Vice President at the Grubb & Ellis Company and Chairman of its Pacific Southwest Retail Council. He received his BA from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Phil Skillings, Founding Partner & Development Principal

Phil oversees the commercial development and asset management of large build-to-suit office buildings and complexes. Over his twenty-year career as a commercial real estate professional, he has specialized in leasing and investment sales with an emphasis on marketing master-planned, mixed-use developments. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Bourn Partners, LLC, he was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company. He received his BS from the University of Arizona.

Alan Tanner, Founding Partner & Development Principal

Alan's responsibilities include entitlement oversight, leasing, construction and marketing for new, large-format retail development in Southern Arizona. During the past 18 years, Alan has assisted many national and regional retailers with market strategies, entitlement and acquisition negotiation. Recent activities include overseeing, along with partner Paul Schloss, the development of Oracle Wetmore Shopping Center and the Oracle Crossings Shopping Center, each exceeding 250,000 square feet in size. Alan received his BA from the University of Arizona.

Angelique Benschneider, President, Bourn Asset Management, LLC and Development Principal.

Based in the Austin, Texas office, Angelique joined Bourn in 2006 from PS Business Parks where she was an executive officer. Previously, Mrs. Benschneider was a Senior Asset Manager for Amerishop Real Estate Services, with responsibility for their East Coast retail portfolio and a General Manager for GIC Real Estate, Inc. and was responsible for the management and leasing of Thanksgiving Tower, a 1,500,000 square foot high rise office tower. Mrs. Benschneider has worked with numerous nationally-known corporations and has extensive experience with regional malls such as the redevelopment of the 2.9 million sq ft King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia. Ms. Benschneider is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She has an undergraduate degree from The University of North Texas and a MBA from The University of Texas. Her office is in Austin.
